Return Policy 

Quality Problems

If there are quality problems on your suits/costumes, such as slit(s), hole(s), color fading and etc, please feel free to contact our customer service department via service@housezentai.com and we will arrange the return for you as soon

as possible.
Please notice: Color aberration due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition is not included.

Size Problems 

If we make your suits/costumes in wrong measurements, feel free to contact us via service@housezentai.com and we will arrange the return for you as soon as possible.
Please note: If we make your suit according to the size you choose or the measurements you put in and the suit/costume you received matches the measurements, we can not accept your return request.

Shipping Problems 

None of company, include Housezentai.com, can guarantee there won’t be an airplane delay. We only can guarantee the date when your suit/costume is shipped out. Usually we need 3-6 working days to process your order and 4-7 working days

for shipping (with standard shipping method).

Chromatic Aberration Problems  

If the color of the costume you received is absolutely different from the picture color on our website, for example (you place the red costume order, however, we deliver it to you with black costume), we can accept the return. There are

almost chromatic aberrations for online retailers, because the color effect is different with different PC monitors, weather conditions and shoot levels.
The pictures of our costumes all under the natural light the real object take, so the chromatic aberration is small, but we can’t ensure there is no chromatic aberration 100%.
If you still worry about the chromatic aberrations, you can contact us via e-mail to get the picture of the material, before you place the order on our website!

Style Problem

If the style of the costume you received is not the same as the style that you chose, when we confirm the problem, we will accept the return. But, color aberration due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition is not

included. (So, when you place a custom-made order, the colors of the suit/costume included will be appreciated.)

To apply for return, customers must contact us within 3 days after the date when they receive their suits/costumes. We do not pay for the cost of shipping items back to us.

Exchange Policy 

If the costumes you received have quality, size and other problems, we can accept the exchange. But, we can exchange the same style costume.
If you don’t like the costumes you received, we can also accept the exchange, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charge and $10 for service charge.

Return & Exchange Restrictions and Information  

1?The items being returned for a exchange or a refund must contact us within 3 days after receiving the original product.
2?Any item that shows any sign of use including dirt or stains of any type, evidence of being washed are not eligible for a exchange or refund. What is more, the costumes never be altered in any way or worn except to verify that the

size is correct.
3?The items being returned must include all of the original packaging and accessories, whatever you apply for exchange or refund.
4?We recommend sending the items back to us via local post office.
5?After we receive the original costume back, we will arrange exchange or refund, and we will refund your payment within 7-10 business days.
6) If you need the costumes urgently and can't wait that long, please feel free to advise your deadline. If the customers don’t contact us timely, the order is not eligible for a refund if the item is not received on time.
