1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to all the countries in the world.


2. When will I receive my order?

It takes 3-6 working days to process your order and standard shipping time is 5-7 working days. So in total, it should be around 2-3 weeks. If you need to rush your order, please choose a faster shipping method and email us via service@housezentai.com.


3. How do I place a custom order?

If you want to place a custom order for a design that we do not currently stock, you can do so here: Custom-Made


4. How to do I cancel/change an order?

If you want to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours from placing the order on our website. We will do our best to meet your requirements. However, if you cancel your order after 48 hours, you will only receive store credit for the amount you paid.

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards!


6. Do I have to pay sales tax/tariffs/custom duties?

You do not have to pay any sales tax. Usually you will not pay any tariffs or custom duties. However this is up to your country’s import laws and is not something we have control over. Should you be charged custom duties or taxes by your government, you are responsible to pay them.


7. Is it safe to purchase on Housezentai.com?

Yes! Our site is absolutely secure for you to make purchases on!

Our site uses 128-bit encryption technology so that all information you enter is safely transmitted. Your payment information is protected by Paypal and Verisign (a world leader in payment encryption). If you have any issues with purchases, Paypal will investigate and refund your money. We never sell or distribute your information to any third parties!


8. Why should I provide my phone number?

The main reason for having your phone number is so that the carrier can contact you in case there is an issue with delivery. Carriers often call ahead of the delivery to ensure they have the information correct and/or to make sure they can deliver the package. If there is an issue with your order that needs immediate attention, we may also call you.


9. Tips for choosing a proper size:

Standard sizes are made according to the measurements in the size chart. However, you can also submit custom measurements if you feel that it will fit you better. This option is completely free and does not add extra time to your order! That’s because each and every suit is handmade just for you! If you need instructions for how to take your measurements, please follow the model under the chart.


10. Custom Options

We know that your suit is special to you and therefore may have specific modifications that you want to make. We offer a full range of options for your suits that can be added when you place your order. If there is a modification that you want but is not listed here, email us at (service@housezentai.com) and we’ll do our best to accommodate!


11. I’ve sent you an email but I haven’t heard back yet.

We usually respond your emails within 12-24 hours. Please check your spam folder to make sure our email hasn’t been sent there. Also, please add (service@housezentai.com) to your whitelist so that you’ll get all our emails in the future.
